Spiral Journey
A spiral journey, a winding road,
Twisting paths where grace unfolds.
Ascending, descending—switchbacks steep,
Three steps forward, two retreat.
We strive to hold the Light within,
Yet falter, fractured, drawn to sin.
In solitude, we seek Your flame,
A taste of Presence, yet never tame.
Our vessels crack, unfit, unclean,
Bursting seams of what has been.
“There is a crack in everything—
That’s how the Light gets in.”
Between the dark and piercing Beam,
Shadows dance—who reigns supreme?
Jekyll, Hyde—the war within,
Spiral journey, meandering road of the redeem.
